Sage MIP Fund Accounting - Single User System

Sage MIP Fund Accounting is now available in two systems, the Standard System and the Single User System.

The Single User System is designed to offer a maximum of functionality to smaller organizations and consists of a special core module bundle exclusively for single users.

The highlights of Single User special bundle are:

All single users receive core module bundle which includes: General Ledger, Accounts, Payable, Accounts Receivable Reporting, Budget, Bank Reconciliation, Data, Import/Export and Forms Designer.
If any add-on seats are needed, the user must upgrade to the Standard System for the additional seats.
It is the user’s choice to install on SQL Server or MSDE
Additional Databases & Electronic Requisitions users can be licensed as needed

If a user needs more than one seat, the special single user bundle does not apply, and the individual modules needed are available for purchase for the total number of seats at standard pricing. * Note - Single user configuration allows for one additional Executive View and one additional Visual Analyzer seat.

Single User customers can upgrade to the Standard System and receive 100% trade-in credit toward their upgraded system based on the current list price of their single user system.

Sage MIP maintenance and telephone support

All our customers will now have a single, standard Sage MIP maintenance and telephone support plan which includes access to unlimited toll-free phone and email support.The annual support fee entitles a user to annual updates. This fee is 20% of the total value of one's system, and varies customer to customer, based on the configuration of modules and seats.
