Founder, Tax and Audit Partner Wendy Jacobson worked as an independent CPA, for the international firm of Touche Ross (now Deloitte), and for local firms prior to establishing this practice. She has over 30 years of varied auditing, accounting, and tax experience with numerous not-for-profit organizations, individuals, and businesses.

In addition to overseeing audits and tax preparation, Wendy provides a wide variety of consulting and tax advisory services in the areas of internal controls, unrelated business income taxes (UBIT), application for tax exemption as well as personal and business income tax planning.

Wendy graduated from the University of Washington and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants, where she serves on the Not-for-Profit Committee. She has taught seminars on not-for-profit tax issues, understanding financial statements, and the board's fiduciary responsibility.
