System Review is a Jacobson Jarvis developed service involving an on-site visit to review a customer's utilization of Sage MIP Fund Accounting system. The goal is to help facilitate more comprehensive use of their Sage MIP system, to save time, increase efficiency and enhance internal controls.

We visit your offices for a half-day or a full-day (or more) to thoroughly review your use of Sage MIP, your computing environment, your routine and monthly accounting processes and your fundamental internal controls.

We can help you apply many of the practical capabilities of Sage MIP. You may have overlooked a number of features in Sage MIP, or simply did not know they were there, in the daily rush to get things done. Your organization has made a considerable outlay of time and scarce dollars for your Sage MIP system. Why not invest a few hours "tuning-up" your use of Sage MIP, with the goal of saving time or making things easier?

The Fee

The Jacobson Jarvis System Review costs between $1,000 and $1,500.
The on-site segment of the System Review is designed to fit within a single business day.
Because every organization is different, we can't predict how much on-site time will be necessary. It could be as short as four hours, or the maximum of eight hours (or more, depending on how much assistance you need).

Included in the cost is a written report of findings, enhancements and a mini work plan for implementing those elements.
Travel time (outside of King County) and out-of-pocket travel expenses are in addition.
We offer a discounted hourly rate ($95) if you engage Jacobson Jarvis to assist with the completion of items identified in the mini work plan.
