JJCo Support Plan for Sage MIP Users - Details

  1. Only those organizations enrolled in the Plan can receive remote, not-on-site support from our consultants by way of telephone, email, online or fax.
  2. Support is not training, nor is it a substitute for training. Support is the assistance we provide to Sage MIP users after they have been trained by a JJCo consultant, or in a JJCo training class, on either on the entire Sage MIP system or the modules applicable to their job responsibilities.
  3. To be eligible for unlimited telephone, email, fax and online support the caller must have attended the Jacobson Jarvis four-day Sage MIP General Ledger training class (or the relevant JJCo Reporting, Budgeting, A/P, etc class) within the past 36 months, or have been trained by a JJCo consultant on the equivalent subject matter, at your offices, on your Sage MIP system.
  4. Training received from another Sage Certified Trainer or Sage Software may qualify. Contact Char Davies to discuss.
  5. JJCo consultants reserve the right to determine that a support contact is in fact training. We will discuss this with you and, with your concurrence, bill accordingly.
  6. Organizations do not need to enroll in the Plan in order to receive in-person, on-site training or to attend any of our regularly scheduled MIP training classes.
  7. All on-site training, support and consulting is billed, as in the past, at our adjusted standard hourly rate and is not part of, or connected to in any way, to the Plan.
  8. Should your organization purchase additional Sage MIP user licenses, your fee for the Plan may increase at the next renewal date.
  9. The Plan does not include new Sage MIP customers implementing MIP for the first time. In-person and not-in-person assistance, support and training is part of the implementation plan and is billed accordingly. Typically, 90-days after an organization goes live with their new Sage MIP system the implementation phase ends and the support phase beings. At that point customers must be enrolled in the Plan.
