What is the Client Portal?

Client portals allow us to safely and securely transfer files. If you do not have a portal already, please let us know that you would like us to set one up. All we need is the name of your organization and the email address of the Portal Administrator. The Portal Administrator can grant access to others within your organization by setting them up as Portal Users.

Getting Started

We will send you a Portal User Guide to help you get the most out of your portal. Please read this guide to understand the basics of using your portal. Please also be sure to read the system considerations and login information below before logging in for the first time. Once you’ve logged into your portal, you will notice there are several folders to organize your files. When we have uploaded new files to your portal you will find them in your “Inbox” folder. When sending new files to us, you can upload them into the “Send to JJCo” folder.

System Considerations

Our Portal is built on Microsoft’s latest web technology – Silverlight – which works on most computers using the most popular web browsers. The following are the system considerations you will need to take advantage of the benefits of the portal.

• Silverlight: Portal is built on Microsoft Silverlight technology. If Silverlight is not already installed on your computer, you should be prompted to install it from Microsoft’s site. The install is completely safe, typically takes less than a minute and just a few clicks to install.
• Browsers Considerations: Portal is a cross-browser and cross-platform compatible application but functions slightly differently from one browser to another.

• Internet Explorer – If you use Microsoft’s Internet Explorer (IE), you need to be using version 7 or higher. You can download the latest version of Internet Explorer by clicking here. IE users may be required to change some Security Settings. To view how to change these settings, please refer to your Portal User Guide or contact your Portal Admin.
• Mozilla Firefox 2 or 3 and Google Chrome are common alternative browsers for accessing Portal.
• Mac users, with Intel-based processors can access Portal. If you are using a Mac, you can determine the processor that you are using by clicking here.
• A complete list of browsers and Operating Systems that support Silverlight can be found at http://www.microsoft.com/silverlight/get-started/install/default.aspx.

How to Login

1. Go to your portal URL: https://portal.prosystemfx.com/portal

2. Enter your login ID (sent to you in your first portal welcome email)

3. Enter your password (sent in a separate e-mail)
